Go to Windscribe Website and create an account using your current google account (you can skip this if you already have an account). Then login through the Windscribe app and connect to the country you want to create the Gmail account for. After a successful connection, visit Medium Website and select sign in using google account as shown in the image below.

Select Create account as shown below.

Now, fill in the blank spaces with your name, password, email address and click Next.

Now, as you can see, the phone number verification is optional. This means you can register and verify the phone number later. Add in your gender and date of birth details and click on Next.

Scroll down and click on I agree to the terms and conditions as illustrated in the image below.

And YES!!!. Account created successfully with no phone verification, as shown in the image below.
